PHILIP L. GAUGHAN, of North Wildwood, NJ, passed away on Nov. 15, 2015. Beloved husband of Kathleen (nee Fagan), loving father of Kathleen Gallagher (Stephen), Susan Schieber (Darrin), Colleen Gaughan (Camillo 'Orazio) and Philip Gaughan (Jessica). Dear brother of Joan Youngblood and Ronald Gaughan; also survived by 8 grandchildren. Philip was our North Eastern Vice President for ASCET National.
Phil's Contribution to the CT Chapter of ASCET.
The CT Chapter of ASCET would love to send our condolences to Philip's family & friends. Without Philip approaching & helping our Past-President, Brian Weir create this chapter, there would be no local chapter in the state of Connecticut today. Phil attended our first meeting & was a huge help in getting this chapter started. Today we are 45 strong! We dedicate our 2019 Chapter of the Year Award to Philip Gaughan for his help in getting this chapter started & making it a success.
Thanks again Phil, you will be truly missed!
